Greta Stocklassa is a Czech-Swedish film director based in Stockholm and Prague. She graduated from the Film and TV School of Academy of Performing Arts (FAMU) in Prague with her documentary debut Kiruna - A Brand New World, which premiered at Visions du Réel and collected a number of awards worldwide. In her work she focuses on the shadowy aspects of the prosperous Western society and its social and political affairs. Her second film BLIX NOT BOMBS, in which she discusses the issue of war and peace with the high profile diplomat Hans Blix, has screened at CPH:DOX, Hot Docs and numerous film festivals all around the world.
