As a freelance cinematographer, he works on both commercial and documentary projects. He has worked on Czech Television documentaries and for several years filmed short spots for the government's HateFree Culture campaign. For three years, he worked for Doctors Without Borders as an audiovisual content creator, including the successful podcast Silence Kills, the short documentary (Un)Forgotten about the medical care in the frontline villages of eastern Ukraine, and a TV documentary about the fight against childhood tuberculosis in Tajikistan.
